Cancellation Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, a customer may cancel a transaction made on the website within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the transaction details document — whichever is later. To cancel a transaction, please fill out the form below and we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt including the date the notice was received.
The form is open to all users and does not require logging into an account. Cancellation notices can also be submitted by email to getlorian@gmail.com, by phone/WhatsApp at 054-5284747, or by registered mail. The refund will be made in accordance with the cancellation policy and the provisions of the law.
